100% Money back if the issue not resolved in a maximum of 30 days of receiving via the same mode.

CRONAKART will allow the return of products in the following cases:

  • Wrong order (wrong size, color, quantity or material related issues)
  • Defective product,
  • Damaged product, or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the merchant

But we are not able to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product is used/worn or altered
  • Physical damage to the box or to the product
  • If returned without original packaging and accessories
  • If a sealed package of branded products is open

In the case of Return/Replacement, the following conditions should satisfy:

  • The product must be in its original condition
  • Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
  • Brand packaging should be intact
  • Replacements will be made if a product is available on the website

If you have received an incorrect product, damaged product, empty parcel, or if the product is not working after installation informs us at our email [email protected] within 24 hrs (no enquires will be entertained after 24 hrs of delivery). You can raise a return request by customer support:

  • Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
  • Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing, and invoice along with the product.

In case you want to cancel your order, you need to email at [email protected] at any point of time before order delivery. CRONAKART may also want to cancel an order under the following scenarios:

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • Restriction on quantity ordered
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address

In case, the customer opted for COD options, then before accepting an order, we require additional information from the customer for verification. After verification, CRONAKART can cancel an order if there is any discrepancy in the information provided by the customer.
